Scissons, near Kinburn, Ont., seeking shelter from a snow storm, wandered through a gate on the Canadian National tracks and there huddled together. A train rushing west crashed into the herd and killed 23 of them. Railway men do not recall so great a number of cattle killed in one crash heretofore." Transcribed by Colin J.
